Edit, preview, and publish

Review your archive before sharing it.

  1. Open My Archives and select the archive you want to update.
  2. Choose Edit Archive and make changes to its blocks.
  3. Save your edits and use preview to check the final presentation.
  4. Review the archive's visibility and intended audience before publishing. Never assume a private family archive is safe to share publicly.
  5. Only publish if you have authorization and the material is approved for that audience.
  6. Open the published link in a signed-out browser to confirm what visitors can see.
